TERMS OF PURCHASE
LAPLAND HEARTWORK conducts online sale of products to individuals and companies in Sweden. To place an order on the Website, you must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right for any possible errors in the product information.
2. Assortment & prices
Each products price is stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We reserve the right for any price information that may be incorrect or for any change of circumstances out of our control, such as a change in VAT. We reserve the right for any products out of stock. The shipping fee is 49 SEK including VAT within Sweden.
When you have found an item you want to order and selected the variety / size and quantity, click on “Add to cart”. The item will then be added to your shopping cart which is displayed at the top right of the page. In the shopping cart (“Show Shopping Cart”) you can change the number of products you wish to order or delete a product from the shopping cart. If you want to look at other items in our store, click on “Continue shopping” or if you feel ready and are satisfied with the items in the shopping cart, click “Continue to checkout”. When you click on the “Complete purchase” button, you agree to our terms of purchase. Should an order be incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and it may be possible to cancel the purchase if the order has not been sent. In the event of any errors such as indication of price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwards. In some cases, an item / color / size may be out of stock. If the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you. If for any reason you have problems shopping in our web shop, you are welcome to contact us at email@example.com.
LAPLAND HEARTWORK uses Klarna as payment. At checkout, you will find Klarna’s complete terms and conditions under the “Complete purchase” button.
LAPLAND HEARTWORK always tries to send your goods the same day the order is received, but sometimes it can take up to 3 working days before the package is sent. Post office’s delivery time varies between 1-3 working days. If it is very important that the product is delivered quickly, contact us at info (at) laplandheartwork.se, we always love to do our best to help you! We might be able to send the product by A-letter or postal package depending on the product’s weight and size. The goods may be delivered in more than one package. If the letter / package is small, it will be delivered directly to your mailbox. Otherwise, delivery will take place to your nearest post office / service point. We reserve the right for any delivery delays that are beyond our control. Shipping within Sweden costs SEK 49. We will reimburse any goods that might have freight-damages upon delivery to you. You are responsible for any freight damaged goods in the event of a return to us.
6. Customer information
In time of your registration and purchase order, you agree that LAPLAND HEARTWORK stores and uses your information internally to fulfill our obligations to you. Every time you place an order with LAPLAND HEARTWORK, make sure that the address information provided is up to date and correct. The personal information you provide to LAPLAND HEARTWORK is used for order processing, invoicing, contact information and other purposes that aim to make your customer service experience as good as possible. In case of suspicion of crime, we can provide information to the Police. However, we guarantee that no one else uses the information.
7. Complaints & returns
You have 7 days open purchase(Öppet köp) and 14 days right of withdrawal(ångerrätt) from the day you received the item (ie the day you received it at home in the mailbox or it arrived at your post office / service point). You are responsible for any costs in case of a return shipment. The product must be in brand new condition and unused. If there is a complaint due to damaged goods during freight, we will reimburse all costs to you. If the item cannot be exchanged, for example if it is only available in one copy, the entire amount will be refunded to you. If you have received the wrong item, contact us at info (at) laplandheartwork.se and we will help you return the item. In this case, we are of course responsible for return shipping.
8. Force Majeure
Unforeseen events such as war, natural disaster, fire, flood, blockade, sabotage, major accident, labor market conflict, government decision, new or changed legislation, non-delivery by subcontractors, costly circumstances and equivalent circumstances outside of LAPLAND HEARWORKS control. In case of Force Majeure, LAPLAND HEARTWORK is released from its obligations to fulfill it’s agreements.
In the event of a dispute, LAPLAND HEARTWORK follows the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). (Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens rekommendationer)
